Expectations and tasks
- Unterstützung des Legal Teams bei Fragestellungen aus allen Rechtsgebieten, vor allem aus dem Vertragsrecht mit nationalem und internationalem Bezug
- Im operativen Vertragsmanagement unterstützt du durch Prüfung und Erstellung von Formularen und Verträgen
- Du übernimmst die Pflege des Vertragsmanagementsystems
- Du erhältst vollen Einblick in unseren Legal Bereich und sammelst Erfahrung durch die Übernahme von Rechercheaufgaben, Analysen und Aufbereitungen ausgewählter Themen
Your Profile
- Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Jura oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicherer Umgang im MS Office
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
