Expectations and tasks
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des globalen HR-Systems Workday als Global Key User
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der internen IT, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Schnittstellen und Integrationen
- Beratung von HR und Fachbereichen zu HR-Prozessen, Systemfunktionalitäten und Best Practices in Workday
- Koordination und Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Konfiguration bestehender und neuer Funktionalitäten
- Durchführung von Systemtests, Fehleranalysen und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Konzeption, Erstellung und Pflege von Reports und Dashboards zur Unterstützung datenbasierter Entscheidungen
- Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen (KPIs) zur Identifikation von Trends und Optimierungspotenzialen
- Verantwortung für die Headcount- und Budgetplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit HR und Controlling
- Unterstützung der HR-Kolleg:innen weltweit bei der Systemnutzung, Datenpflege und korrekten Anwendung von Prozessen
- Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen für Endanwender und Key User
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR, IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit HR-IT-Systemen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Workday
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung in modernen Cloud-Systemen
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
