Expectations and tasks

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen HR-Systems Workday

  • Zusammenarbeit mit interner IT insb. bzgl. Schnittstellen

  • Beratung von HR und Fachbereichen zu  Prozessen und Funktionalitäten

  • Koordination und Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Systemkonfiguration

  • Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Qualitätssicherung

  • Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Implementierungsprojekten (z. B. neue Module)

  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleister

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit HR IT Systemen, idealerweise als Workday Administrator

  • Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung in IT-Systemen

  • Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Systembetreuung

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamorientierung

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
