EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Support and continuous development of the global HR system Workday as a Global Key User
- Close collaboration with internal IT, particularly regarding interfaces and integrations
- Advising HR and business units on HR processes, system functionalities, and best practices in Workday
- Coordination and implementation of change requests as well as configuration of existing and new functionalities
- Execution of system tests, error analyses, and quality assurance measures Design, creation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Analysis of HR key figures (KPIs) to identify trends and optimization potential
- Responsibility for headcount and budget planning in collaboration with HR and Controlling
- Support for HR colleagues worldwide in system usage, data maintenance, and correct process application
- Creation of documentation and training materials for end users and key users
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Business Informatics, HR, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience working with HR IT systems, ideally with a focus on Workday
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and their implementation in modern cloud systems
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (business level)
