EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support and continuous development of the global HR system Workday as a Global Key User
  • Close collaboration with internal IT, particularly regarding interfaces and integrations
  • Advising HR and business units on HR processes, system functionalities, and best practices in Workday
  • Coordination and implementation of change requests as well as configuration of existing and new functionalities
  • Execution of system tests, error analyses, and quality assurance measures Design, creation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Analysis of HR key figures (KPIs) to identify trends and optimization potential
  • Responsibility for headcount and budget planning in collaboration with HR and Controlling
  • Support for HR colleagues worldwide in system usage, data maintenance, and correct process application
  • Creation of documentation and training materials for end users and key users

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Business Informatics, HR, IT, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience working with HR IT systems, ideally with a focus on Workday
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and their implementation in modern cloud systems
  • Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken (business level)
