EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Specification, documentation, and testing of change requests in the ERP system (IFS) for procurement and material planning.
- Act as a 1st-level support expert for local key users in the group companies.
- Collaborate with the Global Procurement Owner to optimize procurement functions in IFS.
- Regular testing of new releases and functionalities in IFS Cloud (Evergreen approach).
- Create and maintain ClickLearn documentation and work instructions (WI) for purchasing processes in IFS, and provide training materials for purchasing and material planning in IFS.
- Manage data quality, including article master data, supplier master data, purchase orders, and requisitions.
- Support global IFS usage monitoring and assist with reports, data maintenance, and annual supplier assessments.
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Business Informatics, or a similar qualification.
- Strong understanding of operational processes such as procurement, material management, or quality management in a manufacturing environment, ideally with experience in ERP systems (e.g., IFS or similar).
- Solid experience in procurement processes, with practical knowledge of material planning, purchasing systems, and supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment.
- High IT affinity, particularly in ERP systems; knowledge of IFS or similar systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with basic knowledge of VBA/SQL being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to work effectively with international teams.
- Independent, structured work style with the ability to collaborate effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
