Expectations and tasks
- Responsible for driving the growth of Global Service Business - through the Global Sales Initiative of implementing Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA)
- Cooperation with regions involved in the initiative and helping to structure the regional strategy in building regional service packages.
- Supporting to define HIMA's long term strategy for selling services.
- Co-Driving the Global LDS Sales Initiative - together with HSK.
- Targeting HIMA's Global Key Accounts with the GAM's to expand HIMA's business and include services into all Global Frame Agreements.
Your Profile
- International and intercultural competence combined with the ability to effectively integrate different regional perspectives and develop globally compatible solutions.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership (disciplinary responsibility not necessarily required).
- Self-starter with analytical mindset, results orientation, business acumen, and team collaboration.
- Experience in concept development together with sales and service.
- Excellent communication skills (internal and external) and experience in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- In-depth understanding of the safety automation industry, services associated and the Lead detection market and solutions.
- Independent working style, confident demeanor and the ability to represent service contracts and LDS topics to internal stakeholders with the necessary assertiveness.
- Good English skills, both spoken and written.
