Expectations and tasks
- Projektleitung von FW-Projekten innerhalb EDs, der Produkt-Fokus liegt dabei auf Safety und Cyber Security
- Projektplanung in enger Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern innerhalb (ShSe, HW, PADT) und außerhalb EDs (z.B. Produktmanagement, Support, Technical Training, etc.)
- Erstellung, Priorisierung und Pflege des Project Backlogs
- Mitarbeit an Produktanforderungen und Umsetzung in realisierbare User Stories und Produkt Features
- Projektumsetzung unter Einhaltung der geltenden Prozesse, Normen und Gesetze z.B. Safety IEC 61508, Cenelec Bahn Normen, Security CRA, IEC 62443
Sicherstellen der Produktqualität und des Kundennutzens - Aktive Mitarbeit im agilen Entwicklungsprozess nach SAFe in Abstimmung mit Chief Product Owner, Scrum Mastern und Entwicklungsteams
- Unterstützung bei Markteinführung, Produktfreigabe und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
- Mitgestallten der Entwicklungsprozesse unter Einbeziehung des aktuellen Standes der Technik
- Mitwirken an der Produktvision, der Entwicklungsroadmap innerhalb der R&D Roadmap und der Programm-Planung
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Entwicklungsprojekten im Bereich Safety und Security
- Erfahrung in der technischen und administrativen Leitung von Projekten
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams und Stakeholdern
- Nachweisbare Normkenntnisse in IEC 61508, IEC 62443, sowie Kenntnisse des CRA/BSI TRs
- Kenntnisse der internen FW Produkt Zusammenhänge im Speziellen die Kommunikationszusammenhänge zwischen einzelnen Baugruppen sind von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren und Prioritäten zu setzen
Analytisches Denkvermögen und Problemlösungskompetenz - Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
