Expectations and tasks
- Verantwortung für die Produktisierung von Projektergebnissen aus Innovationsprojekten, z.B. himalaya.
- Produkt-Fokus auf Cyber Security, Daten-Management und Künstliche Intelligenz
- Produktvision und Entwicklungsroadmap innerhalb der R&D Roadmap und Programm-Planung
- Erstellung, Priorisierung und Pflege des Product Backlogs in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktmanagement
- Mitarbeit an Produktanforderungen und Umsetzung in realisierbare User Stories und Produkteigenschaften
- Sicherstellung der Balance zwischen geschäftlichem Mehrwert, Kundennutzen, technischer Machbarkeit und Qualitätsansprüchen
- Aktive Mitarbeit im agilen Entwicklungsprozess nach SAFe in Abstimmung mit Chief Product Owner, Scrum Mastern und Entwicklungsteams
- Technische Führung eines dedizierten Entwicklungsteams in HIMA Slovakia (HSK)
- Unterstützung bei Markteinführung, Produktfreigabe und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Cyber-Security oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Cyber-Security und Security-Projekten bei für HIMA relevanten Endkunden (Betreiber)
- Erfahrung in der technischen und administrativen Leitung von Projekten
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten zur Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Teams und Stakeholdern
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Anforderungen zu strukturieren und Prioritäten zu setzen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
