Expectations and tasks
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen HR-Systems Workday
Zusammenarbeit mit interner IT insb. bzgl. Schnittstellen
Beratung von HR und Fachbereichen zu Prozessen und Funktionalitäten
Koordination und Umsetzung von Change Requests sowie Systemkonfiguration
Durchführung von Tests, Fehleranalysen und Qualitätssicherung
Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Implementierungsprojekten (z. B. neue Module)
Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Dienstleister
Your Profile
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, HR, IT oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit HR IT Systemen, idealerweise als Workday Administrator
Kenntnisse in HR-Prozessen und deren Abbildung in IT-Systemen
Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Systembetreuung
Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamorientierung
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
