Expectations and tasks
- Prozessverantwortung, Koordination & Durchführung der Konsolidierung der HIMA Gruppe auf monatlicher Basis
- Erstellung des gesamten handelsrechtlichen Konzernabschlusses (inkl. Anhang und Lagebericht) am Geschäftsjahresende sowie Koordination mit den Wirtschaftsprüfern
- Erstellung von konzernweiten Anweisungen und Richtlinien bzgl. Bilanzierung nach HGB
- Koordination und Unterstützung der lokalen Einheiten
- Update und Pflege der Transferpreisdokumentationen
- Durchführung von Prozessverbesserungen im Bereich Konsolidierung/Transferpreise
- Mitarbeit bei Sonderprojekten
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen
- Bilanzsicherheit nach HGB und fundiertes Konsolidierungsverständnis
- Erfahrung im Bereich Transferpreise sind von Vorteil
- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit
- Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
