Expectations and tasks
- Spezifikation, Dokumentation und Test von Änderungsanforderungen im ERP-System (IFS) für Einkaufs- und Materialplanungsprozesse.
- Funktion als 1st-Level-Support-Ansprechpartner für lokale Key User in den Konzerngesellschaften.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Global Procurement Owner zur Optimierung der Einkaufsfunktionen in IFS.
- Regelmäßige Tests neuer Releases und Funktionalitäten in IFS Cloud (Evergreen-Ansatz).
- Erstellung und Pflege von ClickLearn-Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen (WI) für Einkaufsprozesse in IFS sowie Bereitstellung von Schulungsmaterialien für Einkauf und Materialplanung.
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, einschließlich Artikelstammdaten, Lieferantenstammdaten, Bestellungen und Bedarfsanforderungen.
- Unterstützung beim globalen IFS-Nutzungsmonitoring sowie bei Berichten, Datenpflege und jährlichen Lieferantenbewertungen.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Fundiertes Verständnis operativer Prozesse wie Einkauf, Materialwirtschaft oder Qualitätsmanagement in einem Produktionsumfeld, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in ERP-Systemen (z. B. IFS oder vergleichbar).
- Umfassende Erfahrung in Einkaufsprozessen sowie Kenntnisse in der Materialplanung, in Beschaffungssystemen und in Prozessen der Lieferkette in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.
- Hohe IT-Affinität, insbesondere im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Kenntnisse in IFS oder ähnlichen Systemen sind von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute MS Excel-Kenntnisse; Grundkenntnisse in VBA/SQL sind von Vorteil.
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams.
