Expectations and tasks
- Terminmanagement: Koordination von Meetings, Protokollierung, Nachverfolgung
- BANFen (IFS): Erstellung, Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung
- Vertragsmanagement: Pflege, Prüfung und Dokumentation von Verträgen
- Leistungsverrechnung & Budgetplanung: Unterstützung bei Kostenkontrolle und Planung
- Projektplanung: Erstellung und Pflege von Plänen, Aufgabenkoordination
- Präsentationen: Erstellung und Aufbereitung für Meetings
- Stakeholderkommunikation: Koordination und Information interner/externer Partner
- Projekt-Controlling: Erfassung von Kennzahlen, Statusberichte
- Kapazitätsplanung IT: Abstimmung und Planung von IT-Ressourcen
- Roadmap & Priorisierung: Aktualisierung, Unterstützung bei Priorisierungen
- Projektanträge: Erstellung, Bewertung und Dokumentation
- Terminüberwachung: Kontrolle von Meilensteinen, Eskalation bei Verzögerungen
Your Profile
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Assistenz- oder Projektunterstützungsfunktionen
- Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke, Stakeholder-Management
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & Projektmanagement-Tools
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
