Expectations and tasks
- Disziplinarische Führung der Einheit "Infrastructre & Tooling" im Bereich R&D
- Weiterentwicklung von Tools, Toolchains, Infrastrukturen und Anforderungen der HIMA R&D nach geltenden Normen (bspw. IEC 61508, 62443, ISO27001, ISO9001)
- Steuern und Entscheiden von fachlichen Fragestellungen zu relevanten R&D Methoden und Prozessen
- Umfassende Beratung zu allen Themen des verantworteten Fachgebiets (digitale R&D Entwicklungsinfrastruktur, Tool-Chains, spezifische IT-Infrastruktur)
- Planung, Konzeption, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten für Entwicklungsvorhaben
- Ressourcenplanung
- Entwicklungsbegleitende Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereichen, bspw. Einkauf, IT und externen Bereichen wie Lieferanten oder Prüfstellen.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik
- Tiefgehende Normenkenntnisse (bspw. 61508, 62443, 27001, 9001) und deren Anwendung
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Tool, Toolchain und Infrastrukturen zur Entwicklung sicherer Hard- und Software.
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Entwicklung sicherer Steuerungen
- Weitreichendes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Kenntnisse im Cloudcomputing wünschenswert
- Führungserfahrung
