Expectations and tasks
- Erstellung und Gestaltung von E-Learnings:
- Du analysierst Lernanforderungen und konzipierst auf dieser Grundlage digitale Lernmedien
- digitalen Lernmedien, die optimal auf die Bedörfnisse unserer Nutzer abgestimmt sind
- Kooperation mit Fachexperten:
- Du arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Teams zusammen, um Lernanforderungen zu analysieren und individuelle Lernlösungen zu entwickeln
- Konzeptentwicklung & Storyboarding:
- Du setzt deine Ideen in visuell ansprechende Storyboards um und testest sie in der Praxis
- Nutzung modernster Technologien:
- Du setzt die neuesten Tools und Technologien ein, um Lernmodule zu erstellen und mit Hilfe der Usability die Lernerfahrung stëndig zu verbessern
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung:
- Du analysierst die Lernprozesse, wertest Feedback aus und verbesserst laufend die Inhalte, damit sie immer auf dem neuesten Stand bleiben
- Performance Outcomes:
- Du definierst Performance Outcomes (anstelle von Lernzielen) und pflegst Inhalte in einem Content-Management-Tool oder Autorentools ein

- Erfahrung im Bereich digitales Lernen
- Kreativität und Designverständnis
- Zielgruppenorientierung
- Kenntnisse in Articulate Storyline
- Lernmanagementsysteme (LMS)
- Flexibilität und Problemlösungsfähigkeit
