Expectations and tasks
- Unterstützung des Legal Teams bei juristischen Fragestellungen aus allen Rechtsgebieten, mit besonderem Fokus auf Vertragsrecht (national und international)
- Mitarbeit im operativen Vertragsmanagement durch Prüfung und Erstellung von Formularen und Verträgen
- Pflege und Verwaltung des Vertragsmanagementsystems
- Aktive Beteiligung an der Recherche und Analyse relevanter rechtlicher Themen
- Einblick in die täglichen Abläufe des Legal Bereichs und die Möglichkeit, praxisnahe Erfahrung zu sammeln
Your Profile
- Eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Jura, Wirtschaftsrecht oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute analytische Fähigkeiten
- Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und rechtlichen Aspekten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigeninitiative
